Sheridan's Centre for Student Success has gone virtual with its supports and resources, including a calendar of events to help you thrive during your remote learning experience.

7 p.m. - Virtual Bingo Night

Who's up for a game of BINGO? Join the SSU online to participate in the live game against your fellow students. We're hosting three rounds for a chance to win a $50 Amazon gift card!

Watching something alone on Netflix may get lonely. That’s why we’re hosting a Netflix Party where we can all hang out together. If you’re a basketball fan then you won’t want to miss this! We'll be watching The Last Dance; a Michael Jordan Documentary.

This workshop will investigate the stages of burnout, how to prevent burnout and stress management strategies necessary for us to thrive in our “new” rhythm and feel healthy, fulfilled and engaged.

2 p.m. - Getting involved at Sheridan

Find out all the different ways you can get involved at Sheridan including through the Career Centre, Co-Curricular Record, Sheridan Student Union and Student Leadership and Engagement!

Learn about and get access to technology that can support your reading and writing skills while studying at Sheridan.

Noon to 1 p.m. - Namaste at Home: A Facebook Live Event

Grab your yoga mat and set up a relaxing space at home. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome. The Sheridan Athletics team will be guiding you through a 45-minute session of yoga and meditation.

Looking for an at-home workout? Join us on our Facebook page for a guided 45-minute workout with a trainer! We’ve partnered up with Sheridan Athletics to get your body moving and stay active while you’re home. Share your experience afterwards for a chance to win a $50 gift card!
