Grab your yoga mat and set up a relaxing space at home. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome. The Sheridan Athletics team will be guiding you through a 45-minute session of yoga and meditation.

Need some help understanding the new Canada Emergency Student Benefit (CESB) works and whether or not you qualify? Well then, you're in luck! SSU is hosting an information session on Zoom so you  can get your questions answered. Register online now to submit your questions ahead of time.
