Placing Items on Reserve

Faculty are encouraged to place items on reserve that will be required reading or high-demand materials for students in their courses. Course reserves at each Sheridan Library location are normally placed as 2 hour circulating loans and kept behind the circulation desk. Faculty can request course reserve items be limited to in-library-use only. For security reasons, all items placed on course reserve are processed with library ownership stickers/stamps.

Faculty-owned items can be brought to the library in-person or sent via interoffice mail to the staff person responsible.

Please see our Course Reserve FAQ for more information.

Please note: The Course Reserve form is not currently working. Please contact the library staff member at your campus to place an item on reserve.
