The Career Centre's Employer Team services employers, large and small, all types of employment and career opportunities for students in certificate, diploma and applied degree programs at all Sheridan campuses.

Kerri Zanatta-Buehler – Employment Development Specialist

Kerri brings over ten years of experience in training and development, career management and performance solutions to her role as Employment Development Specialist.  Kerri has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of employment, organizational communication, and human resources, gathered through years of working in a variety of environments, which includes recruitment, staffing and executive search, career transition and employment coaching and organizational performance solutions. Dedicated to life long learning, Kerri has continuously engaged in academic endeavours throughout her career She is a certified True Colors™ and Personality Dimensions facilitator, has a B.Ed in Adult Education and most recently, completed a M.A. from the School of Organizational Leadership and Learning from Royal Roads University. Kerri will be combining her past work experiences and expertise in the areas of career management, coupled with her knowledge of the changing world of work, to enhance employer relations with the Career Centre and work towards fostering exciting opportunities for graduate employment.

Susan Montgomery – Employer Services Representative

Susan coordinates Networking Events and Career Fairs providing opportunities to connect Sheridan College graduates with employers recruitment needs. She has an Honours Degree in Psychology from Western University, a Certificate in Human Resources from the University of Toronto, and is currently enrolled in the Career Development Practitioner program at Conestoga College. Susan has previously worked for the Toronto Stock Exchange, CIBC Wood Gundy, Bank of Montreal and Bell Canada.

Dana Lackie – Career Centre Associate

Dana brings to her role of Career Centre Associate over 10 years of experience working directly with employers who are interested in recruiting Sheridan students. Using her extensive knowledge of Sheridan’s academic programs, over the last decade Dana has assisted thousands of employers with successfully marketing their job postings to the appropriate student population.  Dana role includes supporting the programs and initiatives of the Sheridan’s Career Education team while utilizing her exceptional front-line customer service skills to assist students and alumni with accessing the resources and services offered by Sheridan’s Career Centre team.
