Q: When do I apply for Residence? Can I apply to residence before I am accepted to Sheridan?
A: Applications for the summer and upcoming Academic Year are available February 1, and yes you can apply before you receive your acceptance from Sheridan College! It is never too late to apply, however we encourage students to apply as early as possible. First year students are encouraged to apply by March 31 to ensure guaranteed residence. Payment options currently available for deposits (subject to change) are: certified cheque, money order, bill payment, or in person via debit or cash. Applicants can also take advantage of our online Interac payment option – available through the Residence Portal.

*International students who cannot use one of the above options and require wire transfer information should visit: Residence information for international students.

A: Residence acceptances will be sent via the email address provided to us in your application.

Applicants for the academic year: First year students who complete an application by March 31 will be accepted via email in April.
