Should the legislation pass by November 19, we anticipate welcoming our faculty back to Sheridan on Monday, November 20 to prepare for students to return to classes on Tuesday, November 21. Sky Blue Endowment Fund

In 2001, the “Sky Blue Fund” was created to support the student-athletes who give of themselves in order to represent the Double-Blue.

Did you know? There are over 140 varsity athletes competing for Sheridan. They carry a full academic workload, practice daily and most juggle part-time jobs while balancing this busy schedule. Incredibly, last year 46 of our Bruins won OCAA awards recognizing them as members of the “All-Academic” team.

Historically, our Sheridan Bruins have won over 300 provincial and national medals, highlighted by some incredible championships which include:

Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association Gold Medals

  • Men's soccer championship 2014
  • Men's basketball championship 1990
  • Men's basketball championship1985
  • Men's volleyball championship 1984

Ontario Colleges Athletic Association Championships

  • Men's Volleyball has won 11 Gold Medals
  • Men's Basketball has won 11 Gold Medals
  • Women's Basketball has won 4 Gold Medals
  • Women's Soccer has won 3 Gold Medals
  • Men's Soccer has won 5 Gold Medals
  • Cross-Country has won 4 Gold Medals
