Dana Golding, Human Resource Management ‘10

Associate Director, Employer Relations & Business Development at Sheridan College

Dana GoldingDana Golding is the temporary Associate Director, Employer Relations and Business Development responsible for strategic management of employer and community partner relationships and connections between students, graduates, and employment. This is a great stretch opportunity for Dana to move into the business side of Sheridan. She has worked at Sheridan since 2006 and held progressive leadership roles in HR including expertise in talent acquisition, job evaluation, employee recognition, onboarding, performance management and talent management. She has led transformational pan-institutional change initiatives in support of the talent acquisition strategy.

Dana is a Certified Talent Management Practitioner and holds her CHRL, a post-graduate diploma in HR from Sheridan, an honours bachelor’s degree in psychology from Western University and has completed the College Leadership Excellence certificate. She loves all things leadership and regularly pushing herself out of her comfort zone to grow and develop.


Debbie Vago-Dunn, Human Resource Management ’10

National Manager Learning and Development at Kuehne + Nagel

Debbie Vago-DunnDebbie Vago-Dunn is the National Manager for Learning and Development at Kuehne+Nagel. She has been with Kuehne+Nagel for 11 years. She is also a graduate of Sheridan’s HRM post-graduate program. Debbie is responsible for creating and organizing training programs across the organization, such as onboarding, leadership training, regional talent programs, and HR training. Debbie is also responsible for ensuring best practices for performance management processes, working with managers to understand the internal talent pipeline within the organization.


Tara Goodhand

National HR Business Partner at Kuehne + Nagel

Tara GoodhandTara Goodhand is the National HR Business Partner for the National Logistics Offices at Kuehne+Nagel. She has been with Kuehne+Nagel for one year. Prior to her current role, she held many different HR roles: Talent Manager, HR Manager, HR Generalist, and HR Assistant. She is also a graduate of Sheridan’s HRM post-graduate program. She enrolled in the program at the Oakville campus after finishing her Bachelor of Arts, Sociology and Women’s Studies, and it laid the foundation for a successful career in Human Resources.


Andrea Romanczuk

Human Resources Team Lead at S.i. Systems

Andrea Romanczuk Andrea Romanczuk is the Human Resources Team Lead at S.i. Systems. Andrea joined S.i Systems in May 2019. Andrea holds her CHRP designation and has over nine years of experience working in human resources specializing in recruitment, campus, health & safety, onboarding, employee relations, and HR analytics. She went to university in Australia and became an avid traveler. She loves traveling off the beaten path and has even been known to dive with the sharks!


Jennifer Waxman

Practice Lead, HR Research & Advisory services at McLean & Co.

Jennifer Waxman Jennifer Waxman is a Practice Lead, HR Research & Advisory Services for McLean & Company. She is a seasoned HR professional with experience leading talent management and employee development initiatives, talent acquisition program development, compensation programs and change management.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Jennifer worked in business partner and HR management roles in both national and multi-national organizations across various industries including retail and technology. As a consultant, she supported a range of organizational development initiatives related to recruitment and selection, organizational design, change management, and employee development in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. She partnered with business leaders to drive retention and engagement through development of role specific competency models and employee career development plans. She managed organization-wide and business specific change initiatives.

Jennifer has led the development of business specific compensation programs, as well as the implementation of annual organization compensation programs. She has supported business leaders through restructuring and organizational design changes and has also worked closely with business leaders on assessing and managing their talent.

Jennifer holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Industrial Relations degree from the University of Toronto.


Grace Ewles

Senior Consulting Analyst at McLean & Co.

Grace Ewles Grace Ewles is a Senior Consulting Analyst on the HR Research & Advisory Services team at McLean & Company. She is passionate about using data-driven insights to help organizations improve performance and create impactful change. Her areas of focus include culture, talent management, and learning and development.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Grace worked as an organizational consultant for eight years. As a consultant, she supported a range of organizational development initiatives related to recruitment and selection, organizational design, change management, and employee development in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.

Grace holds her MA and PhD in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of Guelph, where she conducted research on work stress, occupational health, and well-being. She also has extensive experience as an educational instructor and has taught several courses at the postsecondary level related to statistics and organizational psychology.

Ganesh Neelanjanmath, Project Management ‘11

Founder of iCent app

Ganesh Neelanjanmath Ganesh arrived in Canada as an international student in 2010 and pursued post-graduate studies in project management at Sheridan College. With an engineering degree in computer science from VTU, Karnataka, India and over 15 years of experience working in India, Europe, Canada and the US, Ganesh served multiple organizations as a software programmer, business analyst, an intrapreneur leading and managing teams and innovative projects. Today Ganesh leads iCent, his own bootstrapped venture, with the operational team and clients spread across multiple countries. His clients appreciate and benefit from the breadth and depth of his experience that results in the crafting of expert solutions. Based on his challenges, experience, and learnings as an international student in Canada, Ganesh founded 'iCent, the International Student app' to empower public institutions with effective information delivery and communication management, bridging the gap between international offices and international students. Having conceived the idea in 2013 and launching the app in 2015, iCent has served over two hundred thousand international students across five hundred campuses spanning over multiple continents in Canada, the US, New Zealand and European Union.

Gladys Ajiboye, Project Management ‘13

Project Manager at Bird Construction

Gladys Ajiboye Gladys Ajiboye is a construction project manager with a cumulative 15 years of experience in the Canadian construction industry and internationally. After earning her post-graduate certificate in project management at Sheridan College in 2013, she relocated to Alberta where she has participated in and/or led teams in the construction of commercial, institutional, light industrial and multi-family residential buildings up to $45m in value.

Gladys is also a certified Project Management Professional® and a LEED® Accredited Professional specializing in Building Design & Construction, LEED® AP BD+C, and she takes joy in seeing the finished projects she helped build serving their purpose and meeting the end user’s requirements.


Sara Pilon

Corporate Project Manager at Virox Technologies Inc.

Sara Pilon Sara joined Virox Technologies Inc. in 2014 and has filled several positions at the company, starting out as a Professional Services Assistant within the business and marketing department, moving into Commercial Operations in the years since. Through her years of experience working on multiple projects that spanned across multiple departments of the company, and her strong skills in process management, made her a natural fit for her most recent position, Corporate Project Manager. Her current duties include planning, executing, and delivering corporate projects and services on time, within budget, and according to specifications, as well as presenting initiatives to address training and process gaps that will positively impact the company in its pursuit for continuous improvement.

Sara graduated from York University in 2013 with a bachelor of arts in psychology. She has since received a certification in marketing through the University of Toronto, a certificate in management essentials from Harvard Business School Online and is currently working towards receiving her PMP certification.

Prior to her joining Virox, Sara had interest in becoming a police officer upon her completion of the Police Foundations Diploma at Humber College but realized she was destined for the business world. When Sara is not working, she is spending time at her family cottage located in Parry Sound, with her husband, two children, and two dogs.


Zack Woolford

Manufacturing Manager at Virox Technologies Inc.

Zack Woolford Zack graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University’s Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program in 2014 with a minor in psychology.

Zack joined Virox Technologies Inc. in 2019 as a Shared Services Support Analyst within the finance department. Shortly after joining he became the Finance Supervisor, and his dedication and hard work ethic has since earned him his current position of Manufacturing Manager, where he is responsible for ensuring all activities within the Manufacturing departments are operating effectively through strategic management tactics that align with organizational goals.

Prior to joining Virox, Zack was the Operations Manager of FusionCast Inc., a made-to-order bronze and aluminum sign manufacturer based in Cambridge, Ontario. Zack managed a team of eight employees and oversaw all operational facets of the business, from order entry through to logistics, and assisted with the sale of the company to Par Aide Products Co. in 2019.

Zack lives in St. George, Ontario with his wife and two dogs, and when not at work can be found on the golf course or spending time at his family cottage in Muskoka.
