Defining Moments film screening
Date: Sep. 29, 2021 – Oct. 6, 2021
Time: 7:30 p.m.

Welcome back to the Oakville Festivals of Film & Art/Sheridan Alumni fall screening series! We are excited to offer you a live screening again, with Burt Reynold’s final film Defining Moments. It is a comedy about people at different stages of their lives and the decisions they must make, that define them.
The film is a snapshot of several families thrust into their defining moments – a single memory that determines who you’ll be: Jack must decide to spend the rest of his life with his girlfriend, Terri; Marina must reconnect with her aging father; and Laurel must come to terms with her father’s Alzheimer’s.
Join us for a Q&A following the film with special guests Cinematographer Russ De Jong and Director, Writer, and Producer Stephen Wallis.
In addition to the live screening, Sheridan will also offer a digital screening of Defining Moments on October 1. The link for the film will be sent in your confirmation email once you register.
