Please join us for a Town Hall Forum where you’ll hear the latest updates about our comprehensive plans, resources and supports to ensure a meaningful and valuable learning experience for you this fall – and where you can ask us your important questions.
You can register for individual sessions using the links found under each session description below or register for multiple sessions at once.

10 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.: Our Commitment to Learners – presented by Dr. Theresa Scandiffio, Associate Dean, Animation and Game Design and Dr. Janet Morrison, President and Vice Chancellor
This session will cover: our new “Sheridan Start” and “Learn Well” programs and what virtual learning looks like this fall (assignments, virtual environments, innovations).

11 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.: Basics for Success: Money, Technology and Housing
Please register for either Option A or B, depending on your year of study.
This session will cover: minimum technology requirements and technical support available to animation students; financing your studies; housing options and health and safety measures planned for student residence.
Option A: Incoming students – year 1
Option B: Returning students – years 2, 3 and 4

This session will cover: using Sheridan Central – your gateway to student support services (including transitioning to post-secondary studies, academic advising, tutoring and other learning supports, counselling and mental health support services); services available for international students; and how to find out about virtual social events this fall and set up your personal profile page on Sheridan Central to help build connections.
