Take a moment on Earth Day to learn about how your connection to nature impacts your well-being. There will be opportunity for virtual interaction and discussion during the session.

Noon to 1 p.m. - Online Yoga Class
Students can tune in live for a free 45-hour long Yoga/Mindfulness Session - a partnership with Sheridan Athletics and the Sheridan Student Union.
Noon to 1 p.m. - Supporting Students with Disabilities During COVID-19
Students with disabilities often face barriers in their attempts to access educational services, and to succeed in their career pursuits. Sheridan is aware that the COVID-19 pandemic has added additional challenges for many students with disabilities. In light of this, Sheridan has taken steps to be agile in responding appropriately and in a timely manner to accommodation requests and in helping students adapt to alternative delivery models.
Join Margaret Sanderson, Manager, Accessibility and Inclusion with Janice Fennell, Manager, Accessible Learning, a Learning Strategist and a student for a timely discussion on how they are adapting to ensure successful outcomes for students with disabilities.
