As Vice President of Advanced Manufacturing at CAD MicroSolutions Inc., Hargurdeep Singh is at the forefront of advanced manufacturing, using 3D printing to challenge the status quo and bolster Canada’s manufacturing sector. He is an advocate for the technology's capability to offer versatile problem-solving: develop a design, use advanced 3D printing technology to create a solution, and then refine the design. Hargurdeep brings these solutions to all sectors, especially health care. During the pandemic, he designed and created 3D printed nasal swabs, face shields and ventilator splitters to build a made-in-Canada solution during supply shortages.
