Information for Research
Program Profiles
The following Program Profiles were created as a courtesy to help with your Second Career research requirement. The Program Profiles represent Sheridan Certificate and Ontario College Graduate Certificate programs, which fall within the 1 year (52 week) maximum program length that Second Career funds. Each profile addresses the 30 or so questions you are required to answer.
In addition, Second Career funds programs that lead to occupations that fall under the National Occupation Classification Codes (NOC) of B or C. The Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development, determines which programs are fundable for a given individual. Please note that from the Ministry's perspective, these Program Profiles may or may not fall under the appropriate NOC. Your Employment Consultant or Ministry Representative is the source for a final determination about a fundable program for you!
