An athlete doing battle rope exercises in Sheridan's Strength and Conditioning Facility

Strength & Conditioning Facility

Become faster. Stronger. More powerful.

Sheridan's 4,000-square-foot Strength and Conditioning Facility is primarily used by students in our Kinesiology and Health Promotion and Athletic Therapy degree programs.

Combining effective performance programs with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, the Strength and Conditioning Facility brings passion and leading-edge training techniques to young athletes in a fun atmosphere. Here, athletes gain the skills they need to become more powerful, faster, stronger and more agile through the use of very specific and focused training sessions that will meet and exceed the needs of each athlete through high-energy and informative coaching.

Clients of the facility are trained primarily by third- and fourth-year students in our Kinesiology and Health Promotion degree program under the direct supervision of a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.
