Netta Romano is the Program Coordinator as well as a Professor of the Paralegal program at Sheridan College.  Netta earned a B.A. in History from York University and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School.  After several years working as a civil litigator in private practice in Mississauga and as in-house counsel for a large retailer, Netta began her teaching career at Sheridan in 2002 as a part-time instructor in the Court and Tribunal Program, the predecessor to the Paralegal Program.  Having found her true calling, she returned to school to earn a Bachelor of Education from York University in 2008 and taught law (as well as geography and civics/careers) in the secondary school system briefly before happily returning to Sheridan full-time in 2010.  Most recently, Netta completed her LL.M. degree in Labour Relations and Employment law at Osgoode Hall Law School.
