Accessing Your Course Evaluation Reports

A few things to remember about accessing your course evaluations:

  • Course evaluation reports will be released within 4 weeks after the end of a term.

  • You will receive an email from the survey system administrator indicating your reports are ready for review.

  • If you misplace that email, or want to see reports from previous terms, you can access your reports using the system link at any time:

  • At least 5 students must submit a survey for a course in order for a report to be produced.

  • You can search reports by report title, year and term. Below is an example of the system interface:

Report Types
For Professors, there are 3 different reports produced:

  1. Individual Professor Single Course Report – this report includes all student feedback, including written comments.

  2. Individual Professor Single Course Report with Selectable Questions – this report is identical to #1, but also includes results for any additional questions you selected. Results for professor-selected questions are not distributed to Administrators (Deans, ADs, etc.)

  3. Individual Professor Multiple Courses Report – this report includes a summary of quantitative results for all courses taught by the same professor during the term.
