Daniela Hampton-Davies

Daniela is an executive coach and governance professional with an outstanding record in business development, advisory and culture transformation. With over 20 years of experience, Daniela has held senior executive roles globally in both corporate and governance settings. In her previous roles as executive director of International Institutional Equity Sales at UBS Securities and vice president, Institutional Equity Sales at CIBC London, Daniela built dynamic and high performing teams, and developed and executed strong strategic growth plans.

Daniela holds an ICD.D, MBA, and a BA in economics and political science. Her leadership expertise includes extensive governance and board relations work in different provincial organizations, which has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of strategy, leadership and team challenges in government-regulated education and healthcare industries. 

As a board leader, Daniela’s work with C-suite leaders informs her approach to coaching, advising and understanding pathways to success. She is currently chair of the Board of Governors of Sheridan, chair of the Board of Directors, OSCR Inc., and chair of the Community and Legacy Building Committee on the Oakville Community Foundation Board of Directors. Daniela and her husband Blake are active members of their community, involved in charitable and progressive causes. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and is the proud mother of four incredible children.
