Student responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- To self-identify as a person with a disability or disabilities to Accessible Learning Services.
- To provide up-to-date documentation of the disability or disabilities to Accessible Learning Services.
- To request academic accommodations that will enable you to compete more fairly with your non-disabled peers.
- To self identify to instructors as a student with a disability or disabilities and provide them with a copy of the Individual Student Profile developed in conjunction with Accessible Learning Services.
- To remind the instructors in a timely manner of accommodations required for tests and assignments.
- To accept responsibility for your education including maintaining of academic levels, attending classes, maintaining of appropriate behaviour and timely notification of any special needs.
