Career Counselling
Our Career Counsellors can help you explore your career options, discover your career direction, and plan your education.  If you are wondering about your career direction and need some support, book an in person or video appointment through Sheridan Works.

Employment Consulting
Our Employment Consultants provide job search support by helping you learn new job search strategies, how to develop a strong resume, and cover letter, and how to succeed at interviews. If you need support with your job search, book an in person or video appointment through Sheridan Works.

Job Postings
There are many ways to find employment opportunities. One way is to use our online job board which is available to current students and graduates. Visit Sheridan Works to search for full-time, part-time, summer, contract, freelance or volunteer (not-for profit) positions.

Employer Sessions & Career Events

To help you connect with employers, we offer many events including career fairs, industry specific employer sessions, employer coffee chats and networking events and employer recruitment events. You can find these events on the Sheridan Works Events Calendar.

Co-curricular Activities

Sheridan’s Co-Curricular Recognition or CCR program, provides students with the opportunity to get involved in your community, make a difference, and meet new people and develop skills and experiences that employers value. Visit Sheridan CCR or email us to learn more! 

Career Ready, Set, Go

This program includes workshops and experiences to prepare you for success in your chosen career field. Some of the workshops include how to: find a job, create a winning resume, ace the interview, and more! Interested in joining? Work Well

Work Well is a program designed to provide you with content and resources to build your knowledge around work-related topics. Complete all 3 modules and receive a Certificate of Completion! Visit Sheridan Central to learn more.

Sheridan Graduates and Alumni

  • Can access Career Services appointments, attend career events, and apply to jobs posted on Sheridan’s exclusive job board Sheridan Works, by visiting Sheridan Works
  • May be eligible to access our Community Employment Services (CES) for support. Visit CES to learn more.

Employers and Industry partners who are looking to hire a student or graduate can create an account in Sheridan Works to post a job to the career services job board or the coop/internship job board.
