MYSTUDENT CENTRE – TIMETABLES, GRADES, TRANSCRIPTS AND MORE

myStudent Centre is Sheridan's online student information portal. It provides your student with convenient and easy access to their personal information and online services. Students must login to  myStudent Centre via AccessSheridan with their Sheridan username and password.

myStudent Centre* gives students the ability to:

  • View and update personal information
  • Access their Sheridan email
  • Monitor applications to Sheridan programs
  • View fee invoices
  • Apply for selected bursaries
  • View grades and academic standing
  • View T2202A Tax Receipts
  • Access and edit timetables (approximately two weeks prior to term start)
  • Choose elective classes (if applicable)
  • View Transfer Credit Reports (if they applied for Advanced Standing)
  • * Not all services are available to students in all programs

    Freedom of Information: Do I Have Access to my Student's Records at Sheridan?

    In accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Individual Privacy Act, Sheridan will not release personal information to third parties without the written consent of the student. This includes requests from parents, prospective employers, police forces, credit bureaus, banks and other education institutions. We encourage you to maintain ongoing communication with your student.

    Your student can download a Student Disclosure Form by logging into AccessSheridan and following the link found under the Office of the Registrar heading. This form must be completed, signed by your student and a witness, and returned to the Office of the Registrar.
