Sheridan attracts motivated students who make things happen, both inside and outside the classroom, so there are plenty of opportunities for extracurricular involvement, including:
- The Sheridan Student Union sponsors a range of events and services, including an online social network (The Wire), while representing student interests to the Sheridan administration
- A home away from home — many Sheridan students live on campus or in nearby off-campus housing, integrating their work, study, and social lives
- Intercollegiate Athletics — Sheridan belongs to the Ontario Colleges Athletics Association, with men’s and women’s varsity teams in soccer, basketball, and volleyball
- Recreation and Fitness — Fully equipped recreation centers and workout facilities, with intramural athletics, are available at the Trafalgar Road and Davis Campuses
- Volunteering and Mentoring — Get involved in the community and make a difference, on or off campus
- Activity Clubs and Associations — Connect with others who share your interests
- Campus Bookstores — Textbooks and technology, plus all the gifts and gear you need
