Jason Cornish - Glass Studio

Jason Cornish joined Sheridan as the Technologist of the Glass Program in 1994. In addition to managing the studio at Sheridan, he has also designed and built equipment for the Harbourfront Centre, the Living Arts Centre, and the Warner Brothers feature movie "Three to Tango". As a glass artist, he is

concerned with light, texture and colour. His vessels are exhibited internationally, and can be found in collections around the world. Jason graduated from the Woodworking Program of Conestoga College before going on to graduate from Sheridan.
Robert Diemert - Furniture Studio

Robert Diemert's speculative and commissioned furniture work has been featured in over fifty international exhibitions, won numerous awards of excellence and arts grants, and been published in national and international publications such as the "Globe and Mail" and the

"Fine Woodworking Design Books". An active member of the craft community, Robert regularly sits on juries and committees. He has been building furniture since 1975 and serving as the Furniture Studio's Technologist since 1995. Robert graduated from Sheridan in 1983.
Hugh Douglas-Murray - Ceramics Studio

Hugh Douglas-Murray has been bringing tangible solutions to Sheridan's Ceramics Studio since 1995. Hugh's eclectic background is centered on finding quality in the production of objects and experiences. His reputation is well known. As a ceramics studio consultant, he has aided White Mountain Academy of the Arts,

Elliot Lake; the Living Arts Centre, Mississauga; Harbourfront Centre for the Arts, Toronto; and the Cultural Village, Shanghai, China. A self-confessed tinkerer, he is happiest when making modifications to tools and his environment. Through architectural and site-specific installations, Hugh's tile works often contemplate and reflect upon the spaces they occupy.
